Executive Coaching
The Success Discovery Process is a proven personal and
professional development process that integrates the power of the Managing
for Success® (MFS) Behavioral Profile into the Executive Coaching process.
The MFS is a validated behavioral style instrument designed to help
individuals attain a greater understanding of themselves and others. The
ability to interact effectively with people is a key factor in being a
Loyalty Centered Leader and often the difference between top performance
and mediocre performance. Effective interaction starts with an accurate
perception of oneself. MFS quantifies information on how we see ourselves
which is then presented in a professionally facilitated coaching program
that will enable a person to understand themselves better in three
