Behavioral Style Assessments

After over 18 years of experience with a number of DISC-based tools, we have chosen to provide our clients the TTI Success Insights™  Behavioral Style Software Collection.  This  advanced DISC-based system  is a family of reports that meet a variety of needs and the special applications required for increased hiring, selection, individual coaching and organizational effectiveness.  Known for its precision validity and its understandable format, it is easily available online.

What is the DISC model?

Dating back as far as 400 B.C. Hippocrates observed behavior, noticing that we exhibit similarities and differences.  We, as humans, are the same and yet unique. Continued observation proved that observable behavior could be classified into categories, giving birth to what is now known as a "behavioral language."

The DISC model is based on the psychology of Carl Jung and William Moulton Marston. With the contemporary advances and validation by Bill Bonnstetter, it is now a universally authenticated behavioral model which measures four categories.

D - Dominance - Challenge
How the person responds to problems and challenges.


I - Influence - Contacts
How the person influences others to his or her point of view.


S - Steadiness - Consistency
How the person responds to the pace of the environment.


C - Compliance - Constraints
How the person responds to rules and procedures set by others.
